LA'DE was established to provide positive direction to teen girls through mentoring, health education, self-esteem building, life skills training and etiquette coaching. We empower teens to effectuate positive change in their lives by reshaping their own future.
We believe in possibilities for all at risk girls and in their abilities to choose their own path in pursuit of their best selves. We believe in honesty and in integrity in all we say and do. We believe in compassion and gratitude for those we serve. We believe in teamwork and collaboration to achieve our mission, purpose and vision in order to support the teen girls we serve and uphold our values.
